About Me

I am an Orff Specialist teaching K-6 elementary music, enriched by graduate studies in education at the Ontario Institute of Education (M. Ed) and the University of Cambridge UK (Ph. D), and by ongoing studies in Afro-Caribbean dance/drumming, and World Music.

I am committed to musical excellence and grounding music in its cultural context.  Join me virtually in my classroom clips and in-person for my workshops, where I share with students and teachers the joy of performing in community, the satisfaction of achieving excellence, and the wonder of discovering the world of music and the world through music.
